Menopausal hormone therapy linked to breast cancer risk
An individual patient-level meta-analysis found that risk for breast cancer increased steadily with duration of use for all types of menopausal hormone therapy except vaginal estrogen and that risk was higher with estrogen-progestogen than estrogen-only formulations.

Hypertensive disorders during pregnancy associated with increased rates of later CVD
Women with gestational hypertension or preeclampsia during their first pregnancy were more likely to develop risk factors for cardiovascular disease, with the relative risk for chronic hypertension strongest within five years after a first birth.
