Tell ACP why you're proud to be an internist for a chance to be featured on ACP's website and win an I.M. Proud prize pack. Visit www.acponline.org/improud, submit the entry form (login required), and include either a brief essay or a short video letting the College know why you're proud to be an internist. Entrants must complete the entry form to be eligible.
Participants are asked to submit a response to one of the following questions:
- What makes you proud to practice internal medicine or a subspecialty of internal medicine?
- What recent patient experience made you proud to be an internist or subspecialist, and why?
- How is practicing internal medicine, or an internal medicine subspecialty, unique from other specialties?
The I.M. Proud contest is open to ACP members only. Submissions will be judged by a team of ACP staff, and one winner in each category (essay and video) will be announced on Feb. 28, 2020, and June 28, 2020. The deadline for the first set of prizes is Feb. 14, 2020. Winners will receive an I.M. Proud prize pack, including coffee mug, pen, button, and miniature Bluetooth speaker, and will be featured on the ACP website. Nonwinning submissions may also be published online. The contest runs through June 5, 2020.
