‘ACP Innovation Challenge 2019: Fostering Partnerships between Physicians and Patients' to be held at Internal Medicine Meeting 2019

The event showcases the best and brightest ideas from practicing physicians, fellows, residents, and medical students that have the potential to transform the practice of internal medicine on a national level. Finalists will present their projects to a panel of judges in front of a live audience at the meeting.


The ACP Innovation Challenge 2019: Fostering Partnerships between Physicians and Patients live competition will be held at Internal Medicine Meeting 2019 in Philadelphia on Saturday, April 13.

The “Shark Tank”-styled event showcases the best and brightest ideas from practicing physicians, fellows, residents, and medical students that have the potential to transform the practice of internal medicine on a national level. Finalists will present their projects to a panel of judges in front of a live audience at the meeting.

A Grand Prize winner will be selected by the judges and awarded $20,000 to support implementation/study of their idea. In addition, an Audience Choice prize of $5,000 will be awarded to a finalist selected during the session from those watching the competition. The event is open to all Internal Medicine Meeting 2019 attendees. No ticket is required. Additional information about the meeting is online.
