ACP Leadership Academy offers webinar series on improving patient outcomes through QI

As payment models move from volume to value, the stakes for improved patient outcomes are higher than ever. ACP Leadership Academy is offering a three-part webinar series that explains quality improvement (QI) efforts.
The first in the series, “Leading Practice Transformation and Quality Improvement in Times of Change,” will be on April 26, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. ET. During this webinar, Susan Day, MD, FACP, will provide guidance on evaluating your practice's readiness to change, developing a quality improvement culture, and evaluating your leadership style and strengths in order to make quality improvement a priority. Additionally, she'll offer recommendations for how to work within your system and engage your practice in improvement efforts during times of change.
